Why we exist
Most business software sold in Kenya was designed somewhere else, for tax rules and payment rails that don't exist here. It gets retrofitted for eTIMS and M-PESA afterwards, badly, and the business ends up keeping a parallel set of records anyway.
We started with pharmacies because the problem is sharpest there: strict compliance requirements, thin margins, and stockouts that cost real money the same day. What we learned building for them — eTIMS fiscalisation, M-PESA reconciliation, inventory that actually reflects the shelf — is what we now bring to every other business we work with.
Today we do two things. We sell products businesses can start using this week, and we build custom automation for companies whose problem doesn't fit a product. Both come with a guarantee attached.

Built for Kenyan compliance, not adapted to it
KRA eTIMS and M-PESA aren't add-ons we bolted on for a local market. They're the reason the products exist, and they're designed in from the first line.
We guarantee outcomes, not effort
Every offer carries a named guarantee with a date attached. If we miss it, that costs us — which is the only version of a guarantee that means anything.
Real capacity limits, stated plainly
We're a small team. When we say we can only take on a couple of custom builds at a time, that's a delivery constraint, not a sales tactic.
We'll tell you when not to buy
The free assessment sometimes ends with us saying a process isn't worth automating yet. That answer is worth more to you than a sale is to us.
